DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate must be able to season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgement and experience.
- Should inspect food prepartion and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
- Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking.
- Portion,arrange and garnish food, and serve food to waiters.
- Must be able to plan and price menu items and consult with supervisory staff to plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event.
- Candidate must be willing to close late sometimes and work on sundays after church.
