Key Responsibilities 1. TECHNICAL & ENGINEERING DUTIES Interpret and review construction drawings, designs, and specifications. Set out works and ensure accurate levels, measurements, and alignment. Prepare and maintain site reports, measurement books, and technical documentation. Ensure workmanship conforms to project specifications and industry standards. Assist in preparing as-built drawings, RFI (Request for Information), and technical submittals. 2. SITE COORDINATION & SUPERVISION Supervise all site activities and ensure smooth workflow among trades. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor daily progress and provide updates to Project Manager. Resolve technical challenges and provide solutions on-site. 3. QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections. Ensure materials used meet approved standards and specifications. Identify defects and ensure prompt rectifications. 4. HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE Ensure all site activities comply with HSE standards. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings when required. Report hazards, safety violations, and ensure corrective actions. 5. PLANNING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT Assist with project scheduling, resource allocation, and work sequencing. Verify subcontractor works, quantities, and assist in progress claims. Ensure timely execution of tasks to meet project deadlines.
