Qualifications
Qualification and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• At least 5 years work experience, with proven record in HR Management at a managerial level.
• Proficiency in HR Manager skills.
• Must have unique combination of skills to drive HR department to success.
• Must be well-organised and have excellent time-management skills.
• Analyze information quickly with good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator to all levels of management in the company.
• Real listening skills and respect for keeping information private.
• Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
• Work with senior management to improve employee engagement and productivity.
• Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair business administration or a related field.
• Must be conversant with the Ghana Labor Laws and HR systems (Performance Management systems/Employee Engagement/Recruitment & training, etc.).
• Ability to interact and lead employees at various levels.
• Ability to draw up and implement administrative and HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to human resources.

Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Manager to head our HR department. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR sector, and knowledge of all legal requirements in this role.
