• speaking to customers, either face to face or over the phone
• gaining an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
• ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them
• carrying out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
• Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets
• Generating required number of direct customers per month through different sources
• Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
• Driving new product sales
• Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieve the assigned sales volume
• Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
• Working with Business Development teams to drive lead generation and awareness
• Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory
• Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
