Bachelor's degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Proven experience in managing building construction projects from planning through completion.

To plan, coordinate, and oversee all building construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Building Construction Operations Manager is responsible for managing construction teams, contractors, resources, and project schedules while ensuring efficient operations, compliance with health and safety regulations, and the successful delivery of construction projects that meet organizational and client expectations
