Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field. A professional certification in Project Management, Operations Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5–7 years' relevant experience in construction, aluminium and glass fabrication, glazing, façade installation, or a related industry. At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role overseeing fabrication, installation, and project execution teams. Proven experience in managing construction projects, production operations, resource planning, and quality control.

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all operational activities related to aluminium and glass fabrication, installation, and project execution.

The role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while optimizing resources, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Operations Manager works closely with clients, project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of aluminium and glazing solutions for construction projects.
