• BSc in Architecture / Civil Engineering • 3 – 5 hands on experience in a similar role and Excellent in Structural or civil Engineering • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Revit and related visualization and 3D software • Have very good experience producing scaled construction detailed drawings • Experienced in compiling data for architectural plans/details, specifications, quantity estimates and related reports • Strong organizational skills

• Liaise with Architectural Team to clearly understand Project brief and design task


• Demonstrate clear understanding of structural signs and CAD drawings


• Ensure and verify technical detail drawings to conform to design and specifications


• Make changes to technical drafts based on the recommendations of the Project Team


• Produce architectural and technical drawings and 3D models of various scales and levels


• Able to visit the site for inspection and manage technical team


• Expected to handle all designs received from external Consultants


• Update variation according to change orders by stakeholders.


• Perform other site duties as required
