Cook Assistant Information
1. Maintain efficient cleanliness of the work station.
2. Assist all customers and ensure completion of all requirements
3. Manage all communication with the client's efficiency.
4. Comply with relevant safety, hygiene and service standards and procedures
5. Serving clients in an efficient, fast and friendly manner.
6. Following guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control.
7. As appropriate to the position, serves food items to customers from counters and/or steam tables, in accordance with specific instructions, ensuring that appropriate portions are served.
8. May serve a range of hot and cold food items from counters and steam tables; adds relishes and garnishes according to instructions.
9. As needed, replenishes foods, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays at serving stations.
