Fluency in German and English is mandatory Excellent communication skills including active listening. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Meet personal/customer service team sales target and call handling quotas.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Manage large amount of phone calls, emails, and chats.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust though open and interactive communication.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
