Customer Service Representatives Information
Job Purpose: To receive guests at the front office and ensure they are efficiently checked in or out. Manage payments and interact with guests to ensure all of their needs are met while staying at the hotel Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Greet guests upon arrival to the hotel, access their information on the medallion, retrieve their reservation information and check them in according to company\\\'s laid down procedure. • Project a high quality image of both yourself and the hotel • Receive and process reservations when necessary. • Respond to guests\\\' questions concerning hotel facilities and the hotels surrounding areas. • Provide assistance in handling customer complaints, involving management as necessary. • Attend to incoming and outgoing calls.
