Establishes relationships with individual clients over the phone assuring customer satisfaction and business development.
- Respond to client enquiries and verifying information.
- Obtain client information relevant to client problem resolution.
- Follow call center policies and procedures in dealing with client related issues.
- Sell the company’s products and services to clients over the phone.
- Maintain company equipment and report problems to call center manager promptly.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in training and development opportunities.
- Perform any other duties required from time to time.
