Customer Service Representatives Information
A reputable company is urgently looking to hire Customer Service Officers who'll be working as Loan Recovery Officers to work in their call centre, all the work will be finished through the call.
Working hours: 9am - 6pm

What You Will Do
- Responsible for management of overdue debts.
- Verification of submitted customer information.
- Answer the questions raised by the customers.
- Timely grasp the arrears of customers of the company.
- Assist in the analysis of overdue data.
- Summarize the collection experience and lessons.
- Develop and improve related systems such as collection
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences
- Minimum of HND
- Minimum one (1) year practical work experience.
- Previous experience with PayPal/ Call Center will be an added advantage.
- Be Familiar with computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Office documents.
- Solid communication skills, be able to talk with customer fluently and clearly.
- Be responsible and good time management skills, be able to finish all the tasks assigned by supervisor on time.
- Previous work experience with a Finance/loan company with a good skill of loan recovery will be an added advantage.
- Must stay in and around Osu.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Telephone etiquette skills
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
What we offer:
Base salary plus a bonus of 400gh - 500gh based on your performance.
