Our client is seeking to engage Customer Service Representatives who can speak Mandarin and English immediately.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Ability to speak Mandarin Fluently.
- HND in Customer Service/ Communications
- Certificate in Languages (Mandarin).
- Proven customer support experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
