A three star Hotel is seeking to employ a Female Receptionist immediately.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Management of the front desk activities and the reception
- Ensure prompt placement and transfer of calls
- Ensure daily communication with other workers and clients.
- Support the Administrative Officer in the preparation for meetings and training sessions
- Ensure timely dispatch, receipt and distribution of all letters or correspondence as well as proper documentation and record keeping
- Assist the Administrative Officer in the execution of the day-to-day activities of the department and entire organisation
- Any other related duties assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- HND in Secretaryship and Management Studies/ related studies
- At least a year experience in a similar role
- Excellent spoken and written English language
- Good spoken and written French will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Team player and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills to engage with people at all levels
- Honest friendly, assertive and reliable.
