Customer Service Representatives Information
We are looking for very decent, professional and well presented ladies as Customer Service Representatives to communicate with customers in a friendly manner, determine our customer’s needs, provide recommendations, and assists customers in making decisions on post-purchase services needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls & place outbound follow up calls
- Answer questions about product detail, basic questions about their purchase and account.
- Perform basic account maintenance activities
- Answer internal and external calls; address and respond to issues, inquiries, etc. in a courteous, empathetic and helpful manner.
- Contact customers to schedule appointments, as directed.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Maintain regular contact with delivery team to ensure successful delivery completion.
- Review daily field paperwork for completeness and accuracy; develop and maintain route logs
- Liase with customers, marketing and the production team to ensure smooth communication.
