Customer Service Representatives Information
Responsibilities 1. Professionally and accurately answer enquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations. 2. Responds to telephone and in-person enquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns. 3. Use suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue. 4. Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures. 5. Coach and counsel front desk team members to ensure efficient operation. 6. Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service. 7. Adhere to company credit limit policies. 8. Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guests preferences and special requests. 9. Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations etc. 10. Operates the PABX equipment, including, assisting incoming & outgoing calls and setting wake-up calls. 11. Cross Check all billing instructions are correctly updated
