Customer Service Representatives Information
We are looking for a personal assistant who will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required. The assistant should exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role. should also be intuitive to the needs of the managers and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.
The responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include but not limited to:
- Reports to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
- maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaise with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
