Description
- Ensure that all sales orders have the necessary signatures before finally passing them for supply & delivery.
- Supervise the preparation of sales orders and correct filing of documents.
- Supervise the preparation of reconciliation & adjustment statements of all sales transfers and returns.
- Supervises all warehouse receipts and shipments
- Ensure that Customer service officers undertake their duties with decorum and in a manner devoid of complains from the sales team or other Managers
- Ensure that there is absolute sanity among all the officers
- Ensure that all order boxes/envelopes are received and kept in the Customer Office before finally closing for the day’s activities
- Ensure that the customer service officers undertake their tasks in accordance to FGL’s regulations
- Ensure that the team members do not fidget with their phones during working hours
- Supervise the job functions of all the Customer Service and Data Entry Officers
- Any other duties as required to fulfill the Company needs.
