Job Title: Call Center Supervisor
Job Location: Accra
The job holder shall organize and direct the staff of our call center. Take responsibility for assessing their work and give feedback from time to time to ensure performance.
- Assist in recruitment of employees to the call center.
- Assist in on-boarding of new employees to the call Center.
- Provide guidance to employees of the call center on a day to day basis.
- Answer questions from staff with respect to the call Center and its operations.
- Liaise with the training Officer to ensure that the call center team is abreast with call center equipment and or new systems as well as for performance improvement.
- Ensure that the call center team adheres to all policies pertaining to the call Center.
- Assist the Call Center manager to develop performance metrics for the team and measuring performance using the metrics.
- Prepare performance reports for the call center team.
- Assist develop or working rota or shift system for the call center team and ensuring that adherence to the same.
- Ensure that call center equipment is properly locked at close of day as appropriate.
- Report any misconduct, keep manager informed about problems and other relevant issues from time to time.
- Perform any other duties from time to time.
