Customer Engagement & Product Explanation

• Proactively communicate with potential buyers via chat, email, phone, or video calls to explain product features, benefits, and terms of sale in a clear and persuasive manner

 Sales Conversion & Deal Closure

• Use consultative selling techniques to address objections, upsell relevant products or services, and guide customers through the decision-making process to finalize purchases.

Lead Qualification & Follow-up

• Assess the needs and buying readiness of online leads, prioritize high-potential prospects, and follow up diligently to move them through the sales funnel.

  CRM & Order Management

• Accurately update customer interactions, sales status, and lead data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; ensure smooth handover to order processing or fulfillment teams.
