Experience in similar role HND or higher Good customer relations
- Responsible for the issuance of all type of sales Invoices to customers/buyers.
- Verifying purchases/orders to ascertain whether they are cash or credit sales.
- Verifying the prices of goods from the price lists and ensuring that entries are accurate.
- Writing cheques.
- Calling customers and following up on invoices for payments.
- Persuading customers to ensure they obtain their consignments.
- Reporting and communicating customer complaints and concerns to management.
- Answering the telephone; providing information; taking and relaying messages and responding to routine requests for information from customers regarding invoices and products.
- Providing backup/assistance for the office as needed.
