Requirements:

• Degree in Education or related field from a recognized institution.


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in heading a Cambridge School


• Minimum of 3 years’ classroom experience.


• Strong leadership and administrative skills.


• Love for children and passion for teaching.


• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.


• Must be able to take initiative, anticipate problems and find solutions.


• Must be ready and willing to be trained.


• Must have very good computer and organizational skills.


• Uphold the vision of the school with pride and ensure that the school meets the relevant international standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of the School.


• Manage staff in collaboration with the proprietress.


• Create Policies and Develop curricula which conform to international standards.


• Ensure that the facility is well-maintained.


• Manage petty cash as well as financial transactions and prepare budgets.


• Support with School Management Software , School Website And Social Media


• Schedule and facilitate training of teachers.
