EDUCATIONAL Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or Physics or Mathematics or equivalent qualification. EXPERIENCE At least 4 years’ experience in Telecommunications product technical support. Good knowledge of jobs related to product technology in services such as network roll-out, customer support, managed service, network technology service, network integration, learning service, product introduction and lifecycle management. OTHER COMPETENCIES Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interfacing with internal and external customers Experienced in Core Software Applications Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proven fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills in Core Network Domain Conceptual thinking skills, problem-solving ability Ability to work in a shift pattern Highly organized and work well under pressure Self-motivated and ability to motivate other Having total awareness of Health & Safety

BO CORE IMS ENGINEER

The successful candidate will perform high-level operation and maintenance works on all IMS Network Elements (P/S/I-CSCF, ENS, ATS, UIM, MRFP, CCF, SPG, etc.) and DRA nodes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To be responsible for performing configuration and troubleshooting on the following:

• Diameter Link Configuration and Troubleshooting


• SIGTRAN Configuration and Troubleshooting


• LTE Roaming Configurations in the DRA


• System Hardware Configuration and Troubleshooting


• Roaming Partner Configuration and Troubleshooting


• File Transfer Configuration and Troubleshooting


• CDR Collection and Analysis for troubleshooting Per RA Request


• VOLTE/VOBB Attach Operations and Troubleshooting


• B-number Configuration and Troubleshooting


• SIP Trunk Configuration and Troubleshooting


• System Hardware Configuration and Troubleshooting

2. To be responsible for performing integration and testing on

• New SDP Integration and Testing


• CCN/OCS Integrations and Testing

3. To perform analysis and resolution on the following:

• VOLTE/VOBB Voice Call Trace Analysis


• Performance Logs Collection and Analysis


• Attached Subscriber Details Analysis


• ATS Subscriber Record Query and Profile Analysis

4. To perform licensing and patch upgrades

5.To perform high-level system health checks.
6. To perform system backup procedures in support of major network changes
7. To perform system KPI checks
8. To perform subscriber migration procedures
9. Announcement media configuration and mapping
