Our client is an International Group into Logistics and Manufacturing Operations with Offices in Ghana.The company now seeks a high calibre Maintenance Manager at Accra Office.

• Ensure that all plant, equipment and machinery are regularly inspected and meets current Health and Safety, Environmental standards and legislative requirements.


• Ensure management and maintenance of work facilities (equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities) to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.


• Continually improve equipment performance in terms of reliability, downtime and machine induced quality problems thereby supporting the overall business drive for continuous improvement in operational efficiency


• Manage the development and implementation of a preventative maintenance program to maximise machine utilisation and minimise breakdown costs

Qualification

• BSC/HND in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification


• Engineering qualification


• Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing/supervising a maintenance function in a manufacturing environment
