Description
Sales supervisor will be in charge of Van salespersons in a designated area. All the salesperson working in that area or market will be reporting to him. He will be responsible for managing and growing his area and delivering the sales numbers every month. His responsibilities include;
- Van Sales Management
- Operations and logistics management for Van salespeople
- Daily follow up and reporting of sales numbers.
- Managing salespersons and driving them to achieve the targets.
- Follows strict reporting and working time constraints.
- GPS Tracking and route monitoring
