Description
Job Purpose:
The Field Executive is responsible for executing sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory, maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring product visibility and availability in the market. The role focuses on driving sales performance, collecting market intelligence, and ensuring brand standards are upheld at the field level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail outlets, distributors, and customers regularly to promote company products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Execute marketing and promotional campaigns at the field level.
- Collect orders and ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the supervisor or Area Sales Manager.
- Support in identifying new sales opportunities and route expansion.
- Uphold company values and represent the brand professionally in the marketplace.
