Who we are and what we do:
We are a Human Resource Services company registered in May 2018. Yawny Consults aims at, providing top of the class but yet affordable services to client organizations across the globe. We provide Recruitment, Training and Cleaning Services to client organizations. We also organize training camps for young emerging leaders.
Yawny Consults is registered at the Registrar Generals Department, as an Employer at the Social Security Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) providing services to small scale organizations and gradually moving on to extend its services to larger organizations.
The company aspires to bring on board 200 client organizations by the end of 2020 and 600 client organizations by 2021 and 1000 client organizations by 2022.
Per this role, Treadsconn, a Software and Technology company has contracted Yawny Consults to market and sell its software, Treadsconn Business, targeted at Susu Collectors and Micro Credits, Bulk SMS and other services in Ghana and Africa.
NB. As part of the selection process, the job incumbent is required to market and sell the Treadsconn Business Software on a three-month contract for service basis (Individual Service Provider/Independent- Individual contractor) and hit a target of five (5) sales in each month for the period. Persons who hit the set target will continue as an employ of Yawny Consults on an agreed base salary and commission basis.
Commission Structure during the three-month Contract for Service Period:
- Treadsconn Business Software is selling at GHC 1700.
- Thirty Percent (30%) commission on each sale made. (GHC 510 commission per sale)
- Target of Five (5) sales per month.
- Targeted Monthly Commission based on monthly target is GHC 2550 (subject to the number of sales made) for the first three months.
- You are responsible for all costs with respect to your work including accommodation, communication, transportation, medicals, risk insurance, meals etc.
- Get the contact numbers of all Susu Collectors at the regional and district offices per your assigned jurisdiction.
- Sell and explain the Treadsconn Business Software to Susu Collectors and Micro-Credit operators in your assigned region, ensuring that they understand it and ready to purchase.
- Take steps to close at least Five (5) sales of Treadsconn Business Software in every month.
- Formulate new strategies for promoting the company’s services and products.
- Maintain accurate data on prospective clients.
- Perform cold calls to prospective clients with the aim of following up and providing feedback.
- Report on a weekly and Monthly basis to the Manager of Yawny Consults on sales and on client prospects.
- Maintain effective public relations to protect company image of Yawny Consults.
- Be the first point of contact for clients in your assigned region and the face of the organization.
- Assure cost effectiveness, evidenced by results in marketing operations in your assigned region.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
