Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the cost-effective use of all financial resources and setting and controlling
operational and capital budgets.
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting, tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analyze and evaluate the company’s financial performance and strategic position
• Maintain and manage the internal financial processes, controls and systems at all
operating locations including sales
• Maintain the asset registry
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll,
invoicing, and other transactions
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential
improvement
•Directing investments
• Risk analysis and minimisation
• Research and analyse financial reports and market trends
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for
financial purposes
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferable) in Accounting or finance with 5 to 10 years of experience in a finance role in real estate industries.
- Leadership skills and experience
- Employee management
- Understanding of data privacy standards
- Superior mathematical skills;
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal, public speaking skills.
- Deep understanding of business principles and practices
