Customer Account Management

Invoice Management and Customer Statements

Debt Collection Follow-up and Credit Control

Prepare and report on daily collection report, weekly aged debtor report, monthly receivables report and customer payment analysis.

Respond professionally to customer account enquiries, resolve account-related issues promptly and build positive relationships while enforcing payment terms.

Maintain proper records of Invoices , credit notes, payment receipts

Compliance with company credit policies.
