Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet customers, take food/drink orders, make recommendations, engage in conversation, and ensure satisfaction.


• Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to recipes and quality standards.


• Compliance: Verify customer identification and enforce liquor laws to prevent underage drinking.


• Bar Management: Prepare the bar for service, restock supplies (glasses, bottles, garnishes), maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory.


• Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately, managing tabs and balancing the drawer.


• Promotions: Promote bar food/drink specials and up-sell menu items.

• Customer Service: Friendly, attentive, and able to build rapport.


• Communication: Clear and effective, both in taking orders and engaging guests.


• Multitasking & Speed: Efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced setting.

• POS Proficiency: Ability to use point-of-sale systems.
