Job Brief:
A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a restaurant or food service operation, including menu planning, food and beverage purchasing, inventory management, staff hiring and training, customer service, and financial performance. Overall, ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings, excellent customer service, and a profitable business.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all F&B (Food and Beverage) and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Lead F&B the eam by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures.
• Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
• Plan and oversee special events, banquets, and catering services, including menu planning, pricing, and execution.
