We are hiring a competent Restaurant Manager for a reputable Restaurant in Tema (Ghanaian/Local and Continental meals).
The ideal candidate must preferably be living in Tema or very close locations to Tema. Both Males and Females are encouraged to apply for this role immediately.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage and develop his/her Team (Waitresses/Waiters, Delivery Riders, Cooks, Kitchen Assistants, Cleaners, Bar Attendant, Individual Customers and Corporate Customers, among others.
The ideal candidate should be able to prepare weekly and monthly budget for the running of the restaurant, train Team, supervise and manage staff Attendance, Market services, ensure cleanliness of the restaurant, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare reports on financial and Team performance of the restaurant, among others.
Whiles using tact and diplomacy, you must possess the knowledge and skill in managing people of divers backgrounds in a professional manner.
