A reputable firm is hiring for Audit Assistants. The incumbent will monitor and analyze the financial reports of the company. He/she shall prepare the financial reports and ensure compliance with the tax regulations. They will also check the accuracy of accounting procedures and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage several continuous monitoring tools and metrics using techniques to proactively detect potential issues and fraud.


• Go on audit with the team, work with clients collecting data they already have prepared, and pass it out to each Audit Manager.


• Submit payroll information of all subsidiaries.


• Review corporate policy and procedures for inconsistencies in the SOX documentation.


• Evaluate the operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley.


• Assign proper classifications to payroll, recognize exclusions and elect coverage and allow overtime reductions when permitted.


• Select to oversee testing of design and operating effectiveness of clients' financial reporting controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.


• Develop strategic recommendations for increasing interdepartmental communication.


• Any other as may be assigned to you by your superior and, or management.
