JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant shall be responsible for the operations of a Transfer Station. He/ She will be expected to manage employees, oversee day-to-day operations, make strategic decisions, develop and implement effective strategies, and track performance objectives. The role reports to the Executive Director.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Leads improvements for employee efficiency.


• Creates, reviews, and implements effective business plans.


• Monitors profitability and other key performance indicators.


• Oversees daily operations and makes strategic decisions.


• Involves in setting financial targets and preparing annual budgets.


• Develops key performance goals and manage the performance of staff.


• Creates and implements strategies for business growth.


• Works closely with the head of operations and other senior staff to retain clients.
