• HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any field of Engineering or humanities from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration/Social Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university.
• A member of any professional body will be an advantage.

JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant shall be responsible for the operations of a Transfer Station. He/ She will be expected to manage employees, oversee day-to-day operations, make strategic decisions, develop and implement effective strategies, and track performance objectives. The role reports to the Executive Director.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Leads improvements for employee efficiency.
- Creates, reviews, and implements effective business plans.
- Monitors profitability and other key performance indicators.
- Oversees daily operations and makes strategic decisions.
- Involves in setting financial targets and preparing annual budgets.
- Develops key performance goals and manage the performance of staff.
- Creates and implements strategies for business growth.
- Works closely with the head of operations and other senior staff to retain clients.
