A Hotel located at Tiptoe Lane, Kokomlemle is inviting candidates for the position of Hotel and Bar Manager.

Candidates for this position must possess the ability to interpret basic financial data, innate leadership skills, superb command over the  English language, good communication skills and knowledge of hospitality business.

The potential employee’s responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:

· Have oversight responsibilities of the day-to-day operations of the Hotel guided by the Hotel's laid down policies and regulations.

· Maintain general staff discipline.

· Oversee recruitment and training of new employees as directed by management of the Hotel.

· Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

· Have oversight responsibility on the business development of the Hotel which shall primarily include improving the Hotel's image.

· Monitor staff performance for the purposes of evaluation.

· Adopting strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency.
