Human Resource Administrator Information
We are looking for a skilled Administrative / Human Resource Officer to oversee and maintain all aspects of HR resources, practices and process.
To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and procedures across the organisation
Enhance and support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, perseverance of the human capital
Build employee relations, addressing their demands and grievances including any other matters arising.
Nurture a positive working environment, assess and implement training needs of staff, including monitoring training programes.
You will be responsible for recruitment processes and retention of staff, and evaluating the company's policies, programs, and practices.
If you have previous experience as an Administrative / Human Resource Officer or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate should also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
Reports directly to the managing director
Salary range Ghc 2000 - 3000
