Human Resource Administrator Information
Our client, a leading manufacturing company is currently looking to hire an experienced and proactive Human Resource Officer to help with their operations in Ghana.
The successful candidate will manage and provide support on end-to-end HR related activities within the factory. It will include;
·Performance management of all the factory employees
·Conduct job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward employees accordingly
·Management of salaries and wages for the employees
·Ensure cordial harmonious industrial relations at the factory level
·Address safety concerns and ensure all safety programs are followed within the unit.
·Negotiate with union to arrive at consensus and frame a draft agreement
·Play a key role in forecasting the labour requirements and plan them accordingly
·Manage time and attendance
·Give training and development to the employees
·Ensure safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
·Monitor compliance needs on a monthly basis and corrective measures taken based on the monthly report.
