Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
Strong practical HR background, member of a professional body (CHRMP) will be an advantage
Understanding of Ghana's Labour Act 2003 (ACT 651) and disciplinary procedures
Ability to work with management and semi-skilled staff
Problem solving and decision making skills
Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to take initiatives

Description
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counselling on Policies and Procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job description, posting advertisment and manage the hiring process
Create and implement effective onbording plans
Provide support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines
Presponsible for the execution of HR services in the area of recruitment, selection and retention
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
