Coordinate, manage and monitor on all leaves of employees in all the companies and Inform supervisors and employees about due dates for their leave.
Ensure that all leave taken by staff are recorded in the ERP and submit a monthly report on it by the 23rd of each month.
Responsible for handling leave proceeding for all employees and submit a monthly report on it by the 23rd of each month
Responsible for handling Scholarship scheme and all other staff benefits programs
Coordinate with the COO and the Warehouse in the distribution of staff uniform administration for the shop attendants
Ensure monitoring of housekeeping / cleaning effectiveness of the washrooms, store faced, outside area etc
Responsible for the management of security personnel, cleaners and casual laborers
Ensure proper management of Trolleys, Shopping Baskets and Stationaries for the branch
Coordinate on liaising with the Labor Department in handling workman’s compensation issues.
Responsible for processing full and final settlement for employees who resigns from and on retirement
Responsible for processing Medical receipts for reimbursement and loans
Responsible for processing of applications for loans, salary advances, and other benefits approved by the COO and the Directors.
Coordinate with the payroll team in ensuring its accuracy with regards to leave attendance and Salary increments on monthly basis for all departments
Assist with the performance appraisals of employees in the various department
Ensure staff who pass probation are dully assessed and further actions taken by 15 days after the end of probation
