Human Resources Administrator Jobs Information
Duties:
1.Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling and document preparation for the tile factories.
2.Work with Line manager to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
3.Perform follow-ups with Line manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategy implementation
4.Ensure minimum qualifications are met for position postings
5.Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for positions
6.Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various functions
7.Travel to different tile factories to make sure the recruitment activities running well.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
2. Good command of the English Language.
3. Must not be less than 35 Years of Age
4. An Indian National living in Ghana
5. Must have a minimum of 2-3 Years experience in role at a ceramic/tile factory.
