Description
Our client a manufacturing company is looking to hire an HR Manager to help manage its operations in Ghana.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful applicant will be responsible to plan, guide and coordinate the company's human resource management and organizational construction, maximize the development of human resources, and promote the realization and long-term development of the company's business objectives.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES.
COMPREHENSIVE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
- Provide department with organizational development solutions, coordinating implementation, and achieving a comprehensive improvement in organizational strength, to ensure that the design of the organizational system meets the needs of strategic development.
- Develop, motivate and adjust existing human capital to support business development, ensuring that the company's goals are realized.
- Think fast, act fast and provide passionate service to department, which is in line with the company's long-term interests.
- Establish and improve human resources team, contributing to staff localization.
DEPARTMENT SYSTEM AND PROCESS
- Develop and optimize the human resource management process and system of the branch.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Organize departments to complete the formulation of performance plans, performance evaluation follow-up and performance results feedback.
- Analyze regularly the problems existing in the performance implementation, providing reasonable suggestions and solutions, as well as ensuring the incentives of the incentive plan.
- Formulate annual talent training and development plans, and coordinate and manage various talent development projects according to the company's strategy.
- Establish mechanisms for identifying, training, motivating, promoting, transferring and evaluating key talents.
COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT
- Undertake external salary survey to maintain the competitiveness and the Internal fairness of company compensation system.
- Develop a competitive broadband compensation system.
- Improve the company's employee welfare system continuously.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS.
- Responsible for labor risk prediction, prevention and labor dispute management, and participate in labor arbitration and litigation matters.
- Responsible for handling employee conflicts, complaints, violations of discipline, dismissal and handling of work-related accidents, etc., to create a harmonious working atmosphere.
- Organize and carry out employee satisfaction surveys, analyze and report the survey results to management.
- Organize the company's internal HRM policy answers and related labor relations training.
