The Human Resource Manager will oversee recruitment, staff welfare, training, performance management, and general HR administration to support the company’s operations and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes


• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures


• Handle staff welfare, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution


• Maintain employee records and HR documentation


• Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations


• Prepare HR reports and management updates


• Support management in workforce planning and staff development
