1. Responsible for handling all forms of recruitment

2. Submit a weekly report on the recruitment of all new employees.

3. Coordinates with departmental heads to forecast future hiring needs

4. Responsible for advertising of roles as per approved job requisitions within 48hrs upon receipt of request.

5. Assist with the management of staffing quota within all the departments.

6. Keep tracking of recruitment metrics and improve on it.

7. Ensure proper management of all employee files.

8. Responsible for giving out pay slips to employees in all the companies
