Ensure proper management of all employee files

Responsible for handling all disciplinary issues of staff

Submit a weekly report on all disciplinary issues by COB Thursday.

Coordinate on all union negotiations and review of the CBA for all companies.

Writing minutes of all meetings with ICU and Local unions

Timely submit minutes on all union negotiations and review of the CBA for all companies  

Assist with all forms of communications with ICU and local unions

Assist with other HR functions as may be required
