Ensure proper management of all employee files.

Responsible for handling all forms of recruitment for the business.

Submit a weekly report on the recruitment of all new employees COB every Friday.

Coordinates with departmental heads to forecast future hiring needs

Responsible for advertising of roles as per approved job requisitions within 48hrs upon receipt of request and submit right candidates cv after a week of advertisement

Ensure that all Junior Positions are filled within 15 days and Supervisor and managerial positions (Key Roles) are filled within 30 days

Assist with the management of staffing quota for all the business.

Keep tracking of recruitment metrics and improve on it.
