You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build customized sourcing strategies. Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, engaging with passive candidates and nurturing long-term relationships. Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication and expectations throughout the recruitment process. Assist in the creation and promotion of employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Partner with the HR team to assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.
