Keep track of shipment payments and quotas.
Prepare documents and forms for import steps and procedures.
Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping charges and customs fees are billed
correctly.
Maintain a database that tracks import activities and communicate with the boss about the
progress
Process and file import documents
Coordinate auditing of import activities
Laisse with shipping agents to facilitate clearing of goods.
Periodic stock taking and stock auditing.
Performs other duties as assigned.
