Architect Qualifications/Skills: • Ability to provide elegant and efficient interior design solutions; • Excellent oral and written communication; • Analytical and problem-solving skills; • Knowledge of basics about interior furniture and materials (standards dimensions, ergonomics, main Companies and Brands, materials and specifications FF&E); • Ba able to work both alone than in team; • Creative, passionate about design, ambitious; • Have a good sense of aesthetics and functionality; Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited Institution; • 3+ years of experience in the hiring firm’s field; • Proficiency in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator), be able to model and render with 3DSMax + Vray, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); • Valid Drive License B for standard cars;

• Researches, plans, designs, administers interior projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, and building materials and systems;


• Working under the direction of the Project Manager, may supervise, and check activities of workers in the construction site. Engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents of Conceptual Design, Technical Design, Presentations and Graphics of a project;


• Interfaces with Director of Architecture and Project Managers;


• Introduce, promote, and sell efficiently our products and designs both for B2B and B2C;


• Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams;
