Our client, a reputable IT Solutions company is currently looking for experienced office and administration personnel for the role of ADMIN. COORDINATOR who will be mainly responsible for managing their office.
The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our office. He / She will perform various day-to-day administrative activities relating to the business.
- Provide the needed support to our sales and the management team
- Follow through with the process from order requisition until the final delivery to our customers
- Management of debtors and constant collaboration with our shipping team from our international offices
- Manage and improve office and administration policies and guidelines as well as the regular update of company policies and procedures
- Involvement in HR Administration including payroll and social security filing, tax filing and following up on any other issues in this area
- Prepare offers, handling of orders and complaints and occasional invoicing in our ERP system. Training will be provided if the ideal candidate has no prior knowledge of our ERP system
- Assist with contract evaluation
- Expense report preparation and reimbursement
- Daily report and ownership of our master data
- Occasional client’s visit with the management team
