Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft, or equivalent are strongly desirable. Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching or industry experience in systems and networks. Strong practical skills configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, servers, and network environments. Excellent communication and instructional skills.

Job Summary

The System and Network Engineering Instructor will deliver high-quality teaching and practical instruction in systems and network technologies, ensuring learners gain technical competence and industry-ready skills. The role involves classroom and laboratory instruction, curriculum support, and assessment activities to support IPMC’s mission of excellence in IT education.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver theoretical and practical instruction in System and Network Engineering courses, including:
Network fundamentals, design, and administration
Server and systems administration
Network security basics
Virtualisation, cloud infrastructure, and modern network platforms
Hands-on labs using industry tools and equipment
Prepare and update lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in line with approved curricula.
Facilitate hands-on lab sessions and real-world project assignments in modern training labs. 
Assess, grade, and provide academic feedback to students.
Guide and mentor students on technical and career matters.
Support curriculum review and industry alignment to ensure training remains current.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to IPMC’s quality assurance and academic standards.
